With the Brass Band of the 194th Pontoon Bridge Brigade from Ukraine, a formation returns to the arena that has already caused enthusiasm in previous years. Wherever they perform, they are among the absolute favorites thanks to their funny interludes, their creative choreographies and their powerful sound.
Under the motto "Once around the world", Arabs, New Zealanders, Canadians, Scots, Mexicans and Swiss will meet for this year's great musical spectacle Basel Tattoo. The remarkable field of participants from four continents is now complemented by the brass band from the Ukraine. Despite the difficult times, the proud musicians have never lost their courage and optimism and can now once again demonstrate their skills abroad. your participation in Basel Tattoo enriches the program in many ways. We have maintained a close friendship with the Ukrainian musicians for many years, which has not broken off in the recent past. After the week-long promotional tour «Basel Tattoo on Tour" in 2017 across Switzerland, the playful formation enchanted the audience in the following year with extraordinary show elements in the Basel Tattoo Arena. Another year later, thanks to the mediation of the Basel Tattoo, entertaining the audience at the last edition of muba with great performances. The return of the Ukrainian Central Orchestra is therefore eagerly awaited by everyone.
