The Basel Tattoo 2023 goes around the world. Today we presented the program. Top formations from New Zealand, Nepal, Europe, Canada and Mexico await you. With the Lucerne Marching Band and the recruits' game of the Swiss military band, a large portion of Swiss quality is also represented, as befits their status. The show is completed with lots of bagpipe music and an emotional Scottish act.

Royal Presidential congratulations to Adolf Ogi on his 80th birthday

A delegation of 15 musicians from the Basel Tattoo traveled to Kandersteg this morning to congratulate former Federal Councilor Adolf Ogi on his 80th birthday. They gave him the very best congratulations from the Basel Tattoo with a "Ständeli". The surprise was a success, Adolf Ogi and his guests were visibly touched.

Huge crowds at the Basel Tattoo Parade
